At Unstd, we design products with care and quality in mind. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how our return and exchange process works — simple, transparent, and customer-first.
Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

Original tags and packaging must be intact

Item should be in resalable condition
Products failing quality checks will not be accepted.
Orders Above ₹1,000

Returns are not available on orders above ₹1,000

A one-time exchange is allowed for size or product-related issues

Once an exchange is completed, the order becomes non-returnable
Sale & Discounted Products

Sale or discounted items are eligible for exchange only

No returns or refunds on sale items
Reverse Pickup & Shipping

Reverse pickup is available at a charge of ₹149
-
If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, self-shipping may be required
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear images/videos and your order ID at care@unstd.in

Once verified, we’ll resolve the issue at the earliest
