ORDERS

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collection, select the size and quantity, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email and SMS.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Yes — you can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided the order hasn’t been shipped. To request a change, please email care@unstd.in or reach out via WhatsApp Chat with your order number.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link. You can also track orders from Track Order on our website using your order ID and email/mobile number.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: What are your delivery timelines?
A:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days (varies by location).
  • Express Delivery: Available at checkout (additional charges may apply).

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We deliver globally.


PAYMENTS

Q: Is your website secure for payments?
A: Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption, and we do not store your card information — all payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit & debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available depending on your location.


PRODUCT QUALITY & FIT

Q: Are your products true to size?
A: Yes — every product page includes a Size Guide to help you choose the best fit. If you need help, our support team is happy to assist you.

Q: What if the product is defective?
A: We stand by our quality. If your item arrives damaged , contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund as per our return policy.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.

  • Orders above ₹1,000: Returns are not available. A one-time exchange is allowed.

  • Sale items: Exchange only (no refunds).

  • Free gifts: Not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Reverse pickup: Available at a charge of ₹149.

  • One exchange per order is allowed. After an exchange, the order cannot be returned.
